Today in class we solidified the structure of our Hip-Hop track and began the preparing for our live performance! We are really coming together as a band and everyone is beginning to find their place.

We discussed everything from setting up equipment, tuning instruments and the essentials of stage presence.

1. Find what makes you unique and lean into it.
2. Take up lots of space
3. Cut the silence from your shows
4. Chose your outfit and look the part
5. Involve the crowd.
6. Break character…subtly.
7. Do your research.
8. Record your performances.
9. Understand what your audience is looking for.
10. Practice, practice, practice.
